SASHA
A personal board of directors you consult on real decisions — eleven advisor personas who disagree on purpose, so you get friction instead of a single sycophantic voice.
What it is
Single-voice AI advisors tend to flatter. Real boards don't. SASHA models a board: an operator, an investor, a skeptic, a domain expert, a customer-of-record — eleven advisor personas with different incentives and different blind spots.
You bring a decision. The advisors weigh in independently. They disagree. The friction is the product.
SASHA was born out of a hackathon and is now a shipping product under Trinity Studio. It also powers the Strategy module of Cortex, Trinity's AI OS for small businesses.
Who it's for
- Founders making consequential calls who want disagreement on tap — pricing, hiring, fundraising, positioning.
- Operators who've seen what a single AI assistant does to a hard question and want a board instead of a yes-man.
- Anyone tired of one-voice advice — from career pivots to product trade-offs, the friction is the point.
